Weyermann® CARAMUNICH® Type 3
– It contributes dark amber to copper hues, and adds a rich malt accent with notes of biscuit and an intense caramel aroma.
– Also add body and improve head retention.
Usage:
Suitable for use in all lager and ale styles of beer.
Rate:
5 – 10% for dark beer, 1 – 5% for light beer, pale ale.
