Weyermann® Acidulated Malt
– Use of Acidulated Malt can lower wort pH resulting in better mash efficiency, intensified fermentation, lighter color, improved flavor stability and enhanced flavor.
Usage:
Pilsner, light beer, Schankbier, Wheat beer, ales.
Rate:
Up to 10% (sour beers)
