Gladfield Malt – Toffee Malt
– Gives a very light color, a chewy consistency, with honey or toffee flavors.
– Also enhances beer stability, body and mouth feel.
– Because of its high moisture content, we recommend that brewers mill the Toffee Malt mixed with other malts to avoid clogging the malt mill.
Usage:
Toffee Malt adds toffee and honey flavors and has a low color impact.
