– a.k.a. BEST Caramel Dark as an L value of 42-49, giving it a slightly more intensive color than BEST Caramel® Munich I
– Has a stronger flavor reminiscent of almonds and bread crust.
Usage:
For Alt, Märzen, wheat beers, Bock beer and all dark beer styles.
Rate:
Up to 50% of the grain bill.
