– Add a distinct and refreshing tangerine flavor and aroma to beer.
– Used in mulling blends, sachets, beer-making, potpourris (both simmering and jar), and tea blends.

Use:
– Add 1 – 2 oz (28 – 56 g) of dried tangerine peel 5 to 15 min. before the end of the boil.
– Or steep in hot water for 10 min. and add to secondary.
